Overview

Asmaraloka Wedding Planner is developed by Kynikyo. This policy explains how Asmaraloka collects, uses, stores, and deletes data when you use the app.

Data We Collect

  • Google sign-in data: account name, email address, and profile image provided by Google.
  • Login data: Firebase Auth is used for login and authentication.
  • Wedding profile and planner data stored in Firestore, including bride and groom names, wedding date, country, currency, wedding type, language, notes, locations, checklist progress, item costs, and optional photos or backgrounds.
  • Advertising data for free users: free users may see ads through Google Mobile Ads/AdMob.
  • Purchase status: PRO purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing.

How We Use Data

  • To let users sign in with their Google account.
  • To save and sync wedding profile and planner data.
  • To show checklist progress, budget information, notes, and planning details.
  • To support free app access through Google Mobile Ads/AdMob.
  • To unlock and manage PRO access through Google Play Billing.
  • To respond to support and deletion requests.

Third-Party Services

Asmaraloka uses these third-party services:

  • Google Sign-In for account sign-in.
  • Firebase Auth for login and authentication.
  • Firestore for cloud profile and planner data storage.

Payments and Subscriptions

PRO purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Payment details are handled by Google Play and are not directly collected by Kynikyo.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by the Google and Firebase services listed above so the app can provide login, cloud storage, ads, and billing functionality.

Data Deletion

Users can request account and data deletion from the public deletion page or by email.

To request deletion of your Asmaraloka account and cloud planner data, open the deletion page or email kynikyo@gmail.com with the Google account email used in the app. We will delete the Firebase account data and Firestore data linked to that account.
