Account and data deletion
Delete Your Asmaraloka Account and Cloud Planner Data
To request deletion of your Asmaraloka account and cloud planner data, open https://www.kynikyo.com/asmaraloka/delete-account or email kynikyo@gmail.com with the Google account email used in the app.
We will delete the Firebase account data and Firestore data linked to that account.
How to Request Deletion
- Email kynikyo@gmail.com from any email address you can access.
- Include the Google account email used to sign in to Asmaraloka.
- Use the subject line "Asmaraloka Account and Data Deletion Request".
What Will Be Deleted
- Firebase Auth account data linked to the account.
- Firestore wedding profile and planner data linked to the account.
- Stored profile/planner data such as bride and groom names, wedding date, country, currency, wedding type, language, notes, locations, checklist progress, item costs, and optional photos or backgrounds.
PRO Subscriptions
If you have an active PRO subscription, account/data deletion does not automatically cancel billing through Google Play. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions before or after submitting your deletion request.
